MEAC National Congress, Mexico At the request of CICIAMS Pan American President Mendoza C., Dr. Patricia Sayers was privileged to meet and speak with Catholic Nurses in Mexico during the MEAC National Congress of Nurses en Cd Juarez, Mexico May 3, 2015.
