Annette Chaparro [D], Rep. Gordon Johnson [D], Rep. Mila Jasey [D], Rep. Jamel Holley [D], Rep. Carol Murphy [D], was reported out of the Assembly Judiciary Committee with Amendments on March 12, 2018 by a vote of 5 Yes and 2 No votes. This bill will go before the full Assembly for Vote.

The companion, Senate Bill 1072, sponsored by Sen. Nicholas Scutari [D], is currently before the Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee.
